This website may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may print or download material from the website provided that you do not modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Orders & Cancellations

We aim to ensure the ordering process is as smooth as possible. However, we reserve the right not to accept an order, including but not limited to the following reasons:

The item is no longer in stock
Payment has not been authorised or has failed
There is an error on the website relating to price or product information
We are unable to deliver to the address provided

If an order is cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Made-to-order Jewellery

Selected jewellery designs may be made to order in sterling silver or gold. Some pieces are one of a kind and cannot be reproduced.

All made-to-order requests are subject to availability. Designs, prices and estimated lead times will be agreed before an order is confirmed.

Full payment is required in advance before work begins.

Jewellery made to a customer's specifications or personalised for them cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind, where permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Your Right to Cancel

For eligible online purchases, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving their jewellery, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day period. Items must then be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us of the cancellation. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using an insured, tracked delivery service. The right to cancel does not apply to jewellery made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised for them, as permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
