The item is no longer in stock

We are unable to deliver to the address provided

If an order is cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Your Right to Cancel

If you choose to cancel your order, items must be returned to us at your own cost and risk. We recommend that returned items are adequately insured, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Return postage costs are non-refundable. All returns must be received within 7 working days of delivery.

Please note that personalised, bespoke, or custom-made jewellery is non-returnable.
