Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to arrange a return. Items should be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us, provided they are unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.

Returned items may be exchanged for an alternative piece or refunded. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Jewellery made to a customer's specifications or personalised for them is non-returnable for a change of mind, where permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
