All jewellery is carefully prepared and dispatched from our workshop in Luxembourg.

Dispatch times

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

Made-to-order jewellery requires additional time for crafting. Estimated lead times will be confirmed individually before an order is placed.

 

Delivery
We offer international shipping, with postage options and rates shown at checkout. All orders are sent via a tracked service. Please note that deliveries will arrive with the relevant customs declaration showing a description and value of the enclosed item(s). If your order is intended as a surprise, we are happy to deliver to an alternative address.

 

Orders outside Luxembourg

Orders delivered within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties.

For deliveries outside the European Union, any applicable import taxes, customs duties or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
