Beautiful *one of a kind* handmade piece designed for the gorgeous Rainbow Moonstone and complimented with a yellow Sapphire and Diamond. 
I just love the colour of this Moonstone, it has a lovely gold streak running through it which inspired me to use this very stunning Yellow Sapphire which I have set in 9ct gold with the addition of a 9ct gold chain accent.
